Nawal al-Zadjali

Nawal Al-Zadjali is a seasoned professional in the banking and telecommunications sectors with extensive experience in credit card products and brand management. Currently serving as Unit Head of Credit Cards at BankDhofar since August 2023, Nawal oversees both Islamic and Conventional credit card offerings. Previously, as Product Manager at Bank Muscat from July 2017 to August 2023, responsibilities included managing corporate retail credit cards and installment plans. Earlier positions at Alizz Islamic Bank involved enhancing the performance of retail and corporate products and leading marketing initiatives. Nawal also has a diverse background in customer service and sales management across various companies, including FRiENDi mobile and Gulf Air, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Gulf College.
