Polina Shlayen

Polina Shlayen is an experienced professional in the field of data management and analysis, currently serving as Chief Data Officer at Bank Leumi. Previously, Polina held the same position at Isracard and served as Head of Customer Direct Marketing at Bank Leumi - G-STAT. Polina's career includes leadership roles as Team Leader and Project Manager at Shufersal - G-STAT and G-STAT, along with experience as a Data Scientist. Polina earned a Master's Degree in Finance Math and a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University, completing the latter in 2005 and the former in 2009.
