Irene Paramita Dhamastari

Irene Paramita Dhamastari currently serves as an Assistant Manager at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., focusing on change management within the Business Process Reengineering project. Prior experience includes roles as a research assistant and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, where responsibilities involved budgeting and student support in macroeconomics and finance. While at the Central Bank of Indonesia, Irene contributed significantly as a learning partner and economic analyst, earning recognition as a top intern. Previous roles also include positions in business development at Schoters and SejutaCita Indonesia. Irene holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, completed in July 2023.
