Helena Leung

Helena Leung is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Legal and Company Secretary at OCBC since August 2022, Helena previously held significant roles at UOB from September 2013 to August 2022, including Alternate Chief Executive for Hong Kong and Executive Director, Head of Legal and Compliance. Helena's responsibilities encompassed legal and compliance operations across Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as oversight of various legal functions within the Asia Pacific region. Prior to UOB, Helena was SVP and Head of Legal at Natixis, focusing on capital markets and syndication across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific. Helena's career began at Reed Smith LLP and is supported by advanced legal education from The University of Hong Kong, holding both an LLM and LLB.
