Phua Chit Wei Ocbc Bank

Phua Chit Wei is a seasoned professional at OCBC Bank, holding the position of Business Head for Robotics & Business Applications since November 2008. In this role, Phua is responsible for establishing and managing the Centre of Excellence for robotic process automation, leading a team of business analysts to foster technology projects within the Global Commercial Banking Division. Prior to this, Phua served as Regional Director (VP) for Emerging Business (International), focusing on market expansion in China and Hong Kong, and also as Head (VP) of Product for Emerging Business in Singapore. Earlier experiences include roles as Product Manager at OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and DBS Bank, where responsibilities included developing financing solutions and enhancing product profitability. Phua holds a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Business, Banking from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
