Anu Ratan

Anu Ratan currently serves as a Director at Bank of America since January 2020, focusing on wealth management, investment client onboarding, supervision technology, and data quality for advisory, managed, and private banking. Previously, Anu held the position of Vice President at BofA Merrill Lynch from February 2010, acting as a Test Coordinator/Manager consultant and supervising QA offshore and onsite leads and engineers during test planning and execution. Anu's experience includes a role as a QA consultant at NAVTEQ in 2009 and as a Test Coordinator at NJM Insurance Group from July 2005 to March 2008. Anu started the career as a Senior QA/Team Lead at Instinet Corporation from February 2000 to July 2005, leading multiple projects and managing a team of test engineers. Anu holds a Master's degree in English from Delhi University and attended the National Institute of Information Technology.
