CJ Janiszewski has extensive experience in compensation and rewards management across multiple regions, having held significant roles at Bank of America as Head of Reward for EMEA, Latin America, and Canada, as well as Head of EMEA Compensation and HR Regulatory, and Senior Vice President - Compensation Executive. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Senior Instructor at Merrill Lynch, and earlier roles as an Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and CGS, along with a position as Sales and Marketing Assistant at Katz Media Group. CJ holds an MBA specializing in Management and Data from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
