Paola Mattout

Paola Mattout is currently a Next-Gen Consultant with HIVE DIVERSITY since September 2022, focusing on community engagement and user attraction. Additionally, Paola is involved with Bank of America's Strategy & Business Ventures program since July 2022 and serves as a Project Manager for TAMID Group at Columbia University since September 2020. Prior experiences include roles at Stifel Financial Corp. as a Sophomore Explorer, JOCO as a Business Development Associate and Social Media Specialist, and Alex Mika Jewelry as a Marketing and Business Development Intern. Paola is pursuing an education at Barnard College from May 2021 to May 2024 after graduating high school from Ramaz School in 2019.
