Richard Lomas

Richard Lomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Policy Advisor in the International Directorate at the Bank of England, Richard has previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Government Affairs in the Asia Pacific region at Citi. Other significant roles include Director and International Government Affairs Manager at American Express, as well as Public Affairs Manager at BVCA and Consultant at MHP Communications. Richard holds a BSc in Government and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has furthered education at Imperial College Business School.
