Kerry Hinks

Kerry Hinks has extensive experience in human resources and business development, currently serving as the Culture and Engagement Lead for the UK at the Bank of Ireland. Previously held positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both the Bank of Ireland and Compass Group, UK HR Services Manager, and Human Resource Manager for Ireland at Oxfam. Additionally, Kerry has worked as an International Business Development Executive Coach and Global Recruitment Director at Forever Living Products (UK) Ltd, as well as Lead HR Business Partner at VSG Vision Security Group. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in the Management of HR (CIPD) from De Montfort University and an ILEX Level 6 in Employment Law from Tresham Institute.
