Nicholas Stauf

Nicholas Stauf has extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry, currently serving as an Underwriter I and previously as a Senior Loan Processor at Bay Equity, LLC since December 2017. Prior roles include Junior Mortgage Underwriter and Processing Team Lead at Bank of the Ozarks, as well as various positions at Community & Southern Bank, where responsibilities encompassed loan processing and post-closing activities. Nicholas began a career in the financial sector at Bank of America as a Home Service Specialist II and has diverse experience prior to that in customer service and sales roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Cbeyond Communications, and Custom Built Personal Training. Nicholas is an alumnus of the University of North Georgia, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, and served in the Georgia Army National Guard as an M1A1 Armored Crewman.
