Ewa Mochyła

Ewa Mochyła is a recruitment specialist with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as a recruitment specialist at Bank Pekao S.A. since September 2024, Ewa previously worked as an IT recruiter at Aplikacje Krytyczne and held senior roles at PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. and Altkom Software & Consulting, where responsibilities included leading recruitment processes, supporting key HR initiatives, coaching managers, and managing onboarding programs. Ewa began their career at Altkom as an HR Specialist, focusing on recruitment across multiple disciplines and developing employee training and brand strategies.
