Jeffry Akape

Jeffry Akape is an experienced professional in the field of digital banking and IT infrastructure, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Digital Banking Production Support at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since May 2020. In this role, Jeffry is part of an agile squad, ensuring that complex customer inquiries are addressed and managing production environments using tools such as Splunk, NewRelic, and Kibana. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at Home Credit Indonesia, where Jeffry progressed from IT Server Specialist to Sr. Server Specialist, focusing on server administration and support. Jeffry began a career at PT. GITA MANDIRI TEHNIK as an IT Staff responsible for system installations and troubleshooting. Jeffry holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, obtained in 2010.
