Jemmy Maruto has extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Human Resources Technology and Services Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jemmy held significant positions including Rewards & Services Division Head at Rabobank Indonesia, Performance Reward and Benefit Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, and Human Resource Business Partner Manager at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia. Additionally, Jemmy served as HR Services and Analytical Manager at PT. Bank UOB Indonesia, HRIS & ComBen Analyst at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika, and HRIS Consultant at PT. PROINT DINAMIKA. Jemmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
