Juki Soegiono has over two decades of extensive experience in the IT and digital banking sectors, currently serving as the IT Operation Enabler Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since November 2015. In this role, Juki successfully manages strategic projects for innovative digital banking products while ensuring the stability of lending services. Previous positions include leading digital lending product development and serving as an IT Solutions Architect, where collaboration between business and technical teams was emphasized. With a background in IT consulting, team leadership, and IT management, Juki has a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering effective software solutions across various industries. Juki holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from BINUS University.
