Denis Hoxha

Denis Hoxha is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience at BKT - Banka Kombetare Tregtare, where Denis currently serves as Director of IT, leading nine teams comprising over 100 colleagues in software and data analytics development. Denis oversees the alignment of IT solutions with business strategies and the enhancement of digital banking channels such as mobile banking and e-banking. Prior roles include Manager of Projects & Development, where Denis collaborated with an international team, and IT Assistant Manager, where Denis built a development team and managed transformation projects. Prior to BKT, Denis co-founded and served as CEO of ARK IT and worked as a software developer at ARK Management. Denis holds a B.Sc. in Electric and Electronic Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
