Anita Wolman

Anita Wolman is a deeply rooted and experienced Senior Executive Officer, Board and Governance Advisor, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.

Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CU Bancorp from 2009 to 2017 and was a founder of its wholly-owned subsidiary, California United Bank, in 2005. Prior to that, she held General Counsel positions at California Commerce Bank and Pacific Century Bank.

Ms. Wolman obtained both her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles.
