Darryl Demos

Darryl Demos is the current Director at Bankwell. Darryl has also held previous positions at Curinos, Novantas, Verint Systems, and Demos Solutions. Darryl has been in the workforce for over 30 years and has gained a wealth of experience in various management positions.

Darryl Demos founded Demos Solutions in 1987 and served as its CEO until 2006. During their time at the helm of Demos Solutions, they were responsible for start-ups, market building, product development, firm development, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to founding Demos Solutions, Darryl worked as a consultant at KPMG from 1982 to 1985.

In 2006, Darryl left Demos Solutions to join Novantas (now Curinos) as General Manager for Enterprise Workforce Optimization. Darryl held this position until 2009 when they left to join Verint Systems. Darryl stayed at Verint Systems until 2012 when they joined Bankwell as Director.

Darryl Demos has a BA in Biology and Darryl'story from Williams College. After working for a few years, they decided to go back to school to get their MS in Accounting from New York University. Darryl then went on to get their Master of Science in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. Darryl is also certified by the State of NY as a CPA.
