The Human Resources team at The Bannatyne Group is responsible for managing and developing the company's workforce across its Health Clubs, Spas, and Hotels. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, training and development, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
