Damijan Cotic

Damijan Cotic is currently a Policy Advisor at Banque centrale du Luxembourg, specializing in the Liquidity Supervision Department, where responsibilities include advising on banking union tasks and analyzing liquidity topics. Previous experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Management Board at DARS d.d. and as Head of the State Treasury General Directorate at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia, managing public budget liquidity and overseeing debt. Additional roles encompass positions at Bank of Slovenia, NLB d.d., Calyon Investment Bank, and the Slovenian Student Union. Damijan holds an MSc in Economics focused on International Finance from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics, with a specialization in Money and Finance at the University of Ljubljana.
