Lars Tittizer

Lars Tittizer is an experienced professional currently serving as a member of various committees at the European Central Bank since January 2009, including the Historical Archives Coordination Group, the Information Management Network, and the Budget Committee, among others. In addition, since May 2008, Lars has held the position of Head of Budget, Controlling & Organisation and Deputy Head of Finance & Strategy at Banque centrale du Luxembourg, focusing on strategic planning and organizational development. Previously, Lars worked as a Project Office Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from January 2006 to April 2008 and led Public Procurement Advisory Services at the Euro Info Centre from October 2003 to January 2006. Lars holds a Magister degree from Universität Trier and a Master of Arts with Distinction from London Metropolitan University.
