Emmanuel Innocent

Emmanuel Innocent, BEng, MBA, PMP, CET, PQS, currently serves as the Estimating Manager at Bantrel Co. since January 2023, where involvement in the Ontario Line project highlights leadership in Canada's largest infrastructure initiative. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director and Sr. Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, where management of client relationships spanned the full contract lifecycle. Emmanuel's career began with Indian Railways, progressing through various roles such as Sr. Project Manager, Sr. Cost Manager, and Estimator, ultimately delivering numerous civil engineering projects. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
