Kristen Crump

Kristen Crump is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in various roles within the health IT and education sectors. Currently serving as Epic MyChart Lead and analyst for Healthy Planet and Compass Rose at Baptist Health since November 2020, Kristen previously held positions at Bayhealth as Senior Epic IT Trainer and Supervisor. Additional experience includes roles at DoDEA, Lexington Vo-Tech, Cerner Corporation, and Western Missouri Medical Center. Kristen holds two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Health/Leadership/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from the University of Central Missouri, and an Associate of Arts degree in Art Studies from State Fair Community College.
