Rebecca C. Fletcher

Rebecca C. Fletcher has been a key leader at Baptist Health since May 2005, currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Digital for Clinical, Patient Financial Systems & Informatics. With a career marked by progressive leadership roles, Rebecca has overseen large-scale projects while managing operational needs related to significant annual payroll processes. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President positions focused on EHR capabilities and medical record systems, as well as corporate director and managerial roles in IT financial applications. Additionally, Rebecca has contributed to higher education as an adjunct faculty member at Miami Dade College. Academically, Rebecca holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, along with an Associates in Arts in Computer Information Systems from Miami Dade College, and completed Leadership Miami through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
