Roberta Frierson possesses extensive experience in technology leadership within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at Bar Louie, Roberta previously held the position of Vice President of Information Technology and Senior Director of Information Technology at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Additionally, Roberta has contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus Technical College. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology, both obtained from Troy University.
