Phaedon Stough

Phaedon Stough is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with over two decades of experience in the technology and startup sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Innovation Bay since June 2003, Phaedon has contributed significantly to fostering a vibrant startup ecosystem in Australia. Phaedon is currently a Talent Advisor at Baraja, a company specializing in advanced LiDAR technology for self-driving cars. Additional roles include being a board member at Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania, an advisor at Q-CTRL, and previous investments and mentorship at Blackbird Ventures and Startmate. Educational background includes an Honours Degree in Chinese Politics from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Tasmania.
