Paul Flynn

Paul Flynn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Barbeques Galore Pty Ltd since October 2019, Paul previously worked at Luxottica as Commercial Operations & Finance Manager, overseeing a finance team responsible for over 400 retail stores and delivering key performance analytics. Prior to that, Paul held the position of Group Commercial Manager, Finance at Vittoria Food & Beverage, where responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. Paul also contributed to Vitaco Health Group as Commercial Finance Manager and held multiple significant roles at Avon Products Pty Ltd, culminating in the position of Director, Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific. Earlier career experience includes Financial Controller at Receivables Management Group and Company Accountant at ASAHI Diamond Industrial Australia Pty Ltd. Paul is a qualified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University.
