Caitlin Purdy currently serves as Vice President of Just Transition within Group Sustainability at Barclays, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Senior Manager for Social Impact & Human Rights at ERM from August 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included advising on social performance and human rights for corporate and financial clients. Caitlin was also a Senior Program Officer for the Leveraging Transparency to Reduce Corruption initiative at Results for Development from January to August 2022, focusing on reducing corruption related to natural resource governance and critical minerals. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate, then Associate, and Analyst in ESG & Political Risk at Critical Resource from June 2016 to December 2021, supporting investors in the mining and energy sectors across various jurisdictions. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts in Hispanic Literatures from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology.
