Gemma Hartley

Gemma Hartley currently holds the position of Director of Customer Care Mortgages at Barclays since July 2018, having previously served as a Senior Operations Leader in Retail & Business Complaints and as the Head of Mortgages Intermediary Partnership Support. Prior to joining Barclays, Gemma worked at The Co-operative Bank plc from April 2013 to July 2018, where roles included Customer Service Leader and Operations Leader. Gemma began their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, working from July 2007 to January 2013 as a Business Support Manager and Communications Manager.
