Hena Naranbhai

Hena Naranbhai serves as the Director of Strategic Development at Barclays, with a tenure beginning in September 2010. Hena has led various high-impact projects, including the Granular Trial Balance Programme and the Liquidity Transformation Programme, contributing to compliance and improving financial accuracy. Hena also plays a key role as the EMEA Chief of Staff for the Women in Technology network, focusing on empowering women in technology through partnerships and skill-building initiatives. Additionally, Hena has expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and wellbeing initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Bradford & Bingley plc and British Gypsum. Hena holds an ACCA qualification and a BA (Hons) in Finance with Business from De Montfort University and is currently pursuing membership with the Chartered Management Institute.
