Joy / Yi Zhang

Joy Yi Zhang is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk Performance at Barclays Payments since July 2021. Previously, Joy held various roles within Barclays Corporate Banking from September 2013 to July 2021, including Data & Sales Enablement and Management, AVP in UK Coverage Strategy, and AVP in Corporate Banking Transactions Pricing. Notable contributions include the development of automated reporting dashboards, supporting senior bankers with client analyses, and leading projects that streamlined pricing tools across multiple countries. Joy's career began with an internship as an Investment Analyst at Pro Capital Ltd, following a Master's degree in Economics from UCL.
