Mily Jacob

Mily Jacob is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in risk, control, and regulatory management. Currently serving as the Head of Sanctions and Anti Bribery & Corruption at Barclays since August 2012, Mily has also held roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in compliance, as well as Assistant Manager in risk and regulatory management. Prior experience includes a consultant role at KPMG, focusing on internal audit, risk, and compliance across various sectors, and a senior consultant position at Ernst and Young Pvt Ltd., delivering internal audit services for major telecom and technology clients. Mily holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Cummins College of Engineering, and specialized certifications in compliance and regulations from Cambridge Judge Business School and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
