Kyrah Altman

Kyrah Altman serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead at BR+A Consulting Engineers since February 2024, where responsibilities include developing unbiased candidate evaluations and implementing DEI criteria for corporate events. As President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Let's Empower, Advocate, and Do, Inc. (LEAD) since December 2012, Kyrah Altman has focused on mental health education and advocacy. Additionally, Kyrah founded KYRAH, LLC, offering enchanting products and services inspired by nature. With past roles including Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and crisis hotline counselor, Kyrah has extensively trained educators and volunteers on mental health issues and actively advocated for victims of domestic violence. Kyrah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services & Social Justice and Public Health from The George Washington University.
