Michaela Pearson

Michaela Pearson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Employer Branding Specialist II at Fragomen since April 2022. Prior to this, Michaela worked at Brook + Whittle from August 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing corporate recruitment and HR branding across nine locations, leading talent acquisition, and handling various HR tasks. Successes in the role involved a significant increase in applicant volume and the hiring of 19 employees within two months. Michaela also gained experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Champion Windows & Home Exteriors and as a Marketing Analyst at Speedway LLC.
