Gavin O'Rourke

Gavin O'Rourke is a Partner at Baringa since January 2024, contributing to the company's mission of becoming the world's most trusted consulting firm and driving impactful client relationships across various sectors. Previously, Gavin served as the Managing Director at BCS Consulting from March 2011 to January 2024, overseeing client engagements in banks and financial institutions while leading two service lines: Technology & Digital and Programme Change & Delivery. Prior experience includes a senior management role at Accenture from August 1997 to March 2011, where Gavin led significant projects for Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays, including user acceptance testing and program management. Gavin holds degrees in Business Studies and French from Trinity College Dublin and further education at Brest Business School, supplemented by a short-term program at Cass Business School in 2015.
