Simon Ware

Simon Ware is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategy within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Director at Baringa since September 2023, Simon previously held the position of Venture Director at 11:FS from February 2021 to June 2023, where notable achievements included leading customer research for private banking and various successful digital propositions. Simon's career also includes a significant tenure as a Senior Manager at Accenture from February 2005 to October 2020, managing large-scale agile teams and spearheading transformative banking projects.
