Eric Pond

Eric Pond is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in preconstruction management and engineering. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager and previously as a Preconstruction Engineer at Barnhill Contracting Company since August 2019, Eric has developed expertise in project planning and execution. Prior experience includes a Project Intern role at Dudley Construction, Ltd. and a significant tenure in the US Army as a Horizontal Construction Engineer Supervisor/Team Leader from April 2011 to October 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Project Assistant at Summit Doors & Hardware Inc. Eric Pond holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, as well as an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Central Texas College.
