Brad MacDonald

Brad MacDonald has extensive experience in the maintenance field, currently serving in a maintenance role at Barrick Gold Corporation since December 2022. Previously, Brad held the position of Maintenance Superintendent at Argonaut Gold Inc. from November 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, a long tenure at Barrick Gold Corporation from February 1988 to November 2021 included roles as a mobile maintenance planner for surface, open pit, and capital projects, as well as supervision of heavy equipment mechanics and continuous improvements coaching. Brad holds an Interprovincial license in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology from Confederation College and a Professional Supervisor Diploma from Queen's University.
