Kelly Josephson

Kelly Josephson is a senior consultant specializing in data and analytics at The Barrington Consulting Group since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Vice President for Data and Analytics at Boston Architectural College from July 2021 to August 2022, and Dean of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research at Northern Essex Community College from April 2016 to May 2022. Kelly held the position of Director of Institutional Research, Planning and Organizational Development at the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar from March 2007 to March 2016, and worked as Registrar and Manager of Academic Services at Higher Colleges of Technology from September 2004 to December 2006. Earlier roles also include Director of Information Technology, Communications and Research and Assistant Registrar (Enrollment Management) at the University of Saskatchewan from April 1996 to August 2004. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Calgary (2010-2012) and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan.
