Jose Luis Escobedo

Jose Luis Escobedo is a Lean Six Sigma Facilitator at Barrow Neurological Institute, focusing on operational excellence in neurosurgical processes since August 2023. Previously, Jose managed operations as a Franchise Partner at Spray-Net and led implementation of operational excellence strategies at Salad and Go. Prior experience includes roles as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Ball Corporation, where spoilage reduction initiatives were successfully coordinated, and as an Operational Excellence Engineer at PepsiCo, where Lean tools were implemented across production lines. Jose has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and has contributed to various process improvement projects throughout a diverse career in manufacturing and operational excellence.
