Geoff Sandars

Geoff Sandars, LEED BDC, currently serves as a Senior Estimator at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction from December 2020 to August 2022 and as Sr. Estimator at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors from October 2015 to April 2019. Geoff also held the position of Project Manager at D.E. Harvey Builders / Harvey-Cleary from January 2005 to September 2015, Estimator at Tellepsen from January 2002 to January 2005, and Project Manager/Estimator at Faulkner Construction Company from May 1994 to January 2002. Geoff Sandars earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, completing the degree between 1989 and 1994.
