Amy J.G. Raskind

Amy J.G. Raskind is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has spent the last 20 years counseling children and adolescents in both public and private schools. Amy is an accomplished academic and practitioner. Upon completing her graduate work, Amy worked for Denver Public Schools at the elementary level implementing a Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education in response to rising concerns about youth violence, substance abuse, and school safety. Amy has spent the last 16 years working as the school counselor at an elite boarding school in Connecticut. During her tenure, she has counseled and consulted with thousands of adolescents, their families, and administration created comprehensive wellness and counseling curricula and taught wellness to students of all ages.
