Justine Siegal

Justine Siegal, PhD, is the founder of Baseball For All, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting gender equity in baseball, and has been involved in various roles in the baseball community since 2010. Currently serving as a baseball coach with Baseball United and as a baseball coordinator for TV and film with SAG-AFTRA, Justine has coached in notable productions including "A League of Their Own" and "Little America." With extensive international experience, Justine has held positions within the World Baseball Softball Confederation and has contributed as a guest coach in various leagues, including LIGA ARCO and Fukushima Red Hopes. Justine holds a PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College and has been a prominent speaker for organizations such as Ford and Google, while also being featured in major media outlets.
