Daniel Sarfati

Daniel Sarfati is an experienced engineer currently working at Baseten since October 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel served as Chief Product Officer and was part of the founding engineering team at Salad Technologies from February 2019 to October 2024, where Salad provided an AI cloud solution utilizing consumer GPUs. Daniel co-founded and acted as CEO of Zapic, Inc. from June 2017 to February 2019, creating a social gaming platform for mobile games. Earlier in the career, Daniel was a Software Architect and Software Development Lead at Northrop Grumman Corporation from May 2008 to June 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from California State University, Northridge, earned between 2006 and 2010 in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
