Cynthia Stanton

Cynthia Stanton is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at BASF since June 2013. In this role, Cynthia oversees demand management, supply planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, distribution, export, and customer service teams for the North American Agricultural Products business. Prior to this position, Cynthia held various roles at BASF, including Business Demand Manager and Supply Chain Manager, focusing on domestic business management and integration of business strategy with supply chain processes. Cynthia’s earlier experience includes roles at Cree as Supply Chain Manager and Production Control Manager, as well as at Andrew Corp and RF Micro Devices, where responsibilities encompassed new product introduction and business unit planning. Cynthia holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
