Jennifer Dwyer

Jennifer Dwyer possesses extensive experience in talent strategy and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy and Services at BASF since June 2008. Formerly, Jennifer held leadership roles in learning and development at Citigroup from September 2004 to June 2008, including the position of VP of Learning and Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University.
