Kathryn Harfmann

Kathryn Harfmann is a Field Coatings Analyst at BASF, a position held since October 2016. Previously, Kathryn served as the Assistant Director of Scheduling at Afloat Training Group Middle Pacific from July 2012 to September 2016, managing the training database and stakeholder expectations. Prior to that, Kathryn was the Communications Department Supervisor at Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE from February 2009 to June 2012, where challenges were met with flexibility. Kathryn's experience also includes roles as Program Manager for Knowledge Management at Navy Personnel Command, Radar Chief aboard USS John F. Kennedy, and Electronic Technician at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Command. Kathryn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Park University and an Associate's Degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by training at the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy.
