Lisa McArdle

Lisa McArdle, SHRM-SCP, CCEP, currently serves as Head of HR Dispersions, Additives and Resins at BASF since August 2024. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Reworld Waste, including Director of Corporate HRBP & DEI Strategy and Program Leader, and Director of Corporate Human Resources. Lisa's extensive experience at BASF from January 2018 to September 2023 as Strategic HR Business Advisor involved developing and implementing human capital strategies for five corporate functions, supporting approximately 1000 employees. Prior to that, Lisa was Director of HR Development & Compliance at Post Holdings and held senior HR roles at Post Foods and other organizations, accumulating significant expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and employee relations. Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Robert Morris University.
