Claire THOMAS-TROPHIME is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in e-commerce and digital strategy. Currently serving as Directrice e-commerce at Bastide le Confort Medical since September 2023, Claire is focused on supporting patients with autonomy challenges through both retail and online platforms. Previously, Claire held the position of Head of eCommerce & Digital at Groupe Stars, managing key brands in the tele-shopping sector. Claire's earlier roles include Responsable e-Commerce & Digital at Téléshopping, where strategies for consumer goods sales were developed, as well as significant contributions to product management and web analytics during tenure at e-TF1. Claire's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing from ESC Amiens and the University of Strathclyde, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Université catholique de Lille.
