Alex Cheng

Alex Cheng is an experienced rugby professional with a diverse background in coaching and management. Currently serving as the Bath Rugby Somerset and Banes Regional Coordinator and a DPP Rugby Coach, Alex also holds the position of Schools Coordinator. As the Owner of Elite Rugby Academy since May 2021, Alex has developed bespoke programs aimed at maximizing player potential in a professional environment. Previously, Alex was the Women's XV Backs Coach at the University of Bath and managed IST Fitness. Alex's earlier career includes service as a Royal Marines recruit and participation in various rugby teams, including the Welsh Exiles XV and London Irish Academy. Education was completed at St Paul’s Catholic College.
